Hope, Purpose, and Food
At Bethany United Methodist Church we provide food, free of charge, to families and individuals in need. Our “pantry” is unique in that guests are given the opportunity to choose items that they need from a list, rather than receiving pre-packaged boxes or bags. This helps to ensure that groceries are used effectively and not wasted.
Our Vision
We envision a future without hunger in Howard County.
Who we serve
The FOOD Pantry serves Howard County residents who are:
- Children
- Elderly
- Working but underemployed
